The trail begins through lush montane rainforests, where you’ll encounter a variety of wildlife, including colorful birds and playful primates. As you gain altitude, the vegetation changes, and you’ll enter the bamboo and heather zones. The day’s hike takes you to Nyabitaba Hut, where you’ll spend the night. The hut is perched on a hillside, offering stunning views of the surrounding valley and peaks.
